astern Railway Apprentice 2022: Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Eastern Railway, 56, C.R.Avenue, Kolkata – 700 012 invites online applications from eligible candidates who are Indian Nationals for engagement / training as Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, as amended from time to time, in  Workshops and Divisions of Eastern Railway. The last date for submission of online applications is 10th May 2022.

Selection Process
Selections for engagement of Apprentices would be based on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and Merit drawn. In case of a similar number in merit, a person with higher age would be considered.
Age Limit
Minimum – 15 Years

Maximum – 24 Years

The upper age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC – NCL and 10 years for PWBD category candidate.

That is the Date of Birth of the Candidate/Applicant should between 15.05.1998 and 15.05.2004.

Qualification Eligibility

  • 8th / 10th / 12th
  • ITI in Relevant Trade
  • he candidate must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and also should possess the National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/ SCVT.
